Discount Coupons will be available here after December 5th at many mid-valley retail locations Contact us: Questions? email us here Call Jim at 503-930-7151 or Rich Bailey at 503-370-9164 Model Car Contest Information: Please Call Stan at 541-515-5745	The 20th Annual Winter Rod and Speed Show and Winter Swap Meet presented by Anderson Enterprises returns to the Linn County Fair and Expo Center in Albany, OR, on January 15-16 and will benefit FISH of Albany, a mid-valley food bank.The 20th annual show will be a very special event and something you will want to be a part of. Over 100 street rods, custom trucks, classics, roadsters, and race cars will be on display for the public to view up close. On Friday, is KLOO FM Night which includes the Friday Night Food Drive. On FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY bring a can of food for the food bank and get in for just 5.00 and listen to the classic rock band THE CRUSH right on the show floor while you check out the hot rods! Also on Friday night, the popular Winter Swap Meet opens at 6PM and runs until 9PM in the second building. Your car show admission includes admission into the swap meet. On Saturday, the show continues starting at 9AM with a model car contest in the lobby and continuation of the hottest swap meet we have ever done in the second building! The first 50 adults each day recieve two tickets to Woodbrun Dragstrip a 50.00 value!  OUTSTANDING VENDORS AND CONCESSIONS ARE ALL PART OF THE SHOW! Admission is only ten dollars and includes both the car show and the swap meet. Children under eight get in for free. Parking is free. The Linn County Fair and Expo Center is located in Albany, right off I-5 at the Fair Expo exit near the Albany Airport. Just 19 minutes south of Salem and 27 minutes north of Eugenie! We will email you once we recieve it so be sure to include your correct and clearly written email address on the application! Applications without an email address will be notified closer to the show via US Mail. Please call 503-370-9164 if you have a question or have no way to print one off. We are glad to help and will mail an application to you.                                                                              Additional Car Show Exhibitor Information Car selections:  While this is an open show and is NOT invitation only, almost every car entered usually gets in. However, the Winter Rod and Speed Show reserves the right to flag cars we believe are not yet up to par to be displayed in an indoor car show or are a brand X car. What is a brand X car? It's a car that you would typicly see as a daily commuter car or a typical late model vehicle. In those cases the entry application and the entry fee will be mailed back to the car's owner. Even though this is a show for the rest of us, please use your desretion if you doubt your car belongs in a show. The car show spaces usually sell out by late December so please get your entry in sooner than later. Lat year a dozen cars were put on a waiting list. Cars need to be clean and presentable. You are welcome to do last minute cleaning and detailing from 9AM to 5PM before the show opens on Friday. Cars that are entered in the show are entered at the owners own risk. The Linn County Fairgrounds, the Winter Rod and Speed Show, Rich Bailey or Jim Billings are not responsible for damage or theft inside or outside the show. Disclaimer- The Winter Rod and Speed Show is NOT officially recognized as a charity by the United States or State Government. Each year a very generous portion of the proceeds are donated at will to a 501C3 charity after expense are met while an additional amount is held back and used for seed money for the following year to cover deposits, promotions, printing, advertising, and some additional expenses to get the show off the ground. In addition, a Food Drive is held on the Friday Night of the event and annually collects over 1,000 lbs of nonperishable food is collected for FISH of Albany. Since 2022, FISH of Albany has been selected as the dhow's beneficiary.
